Before you go ahead and start doing a full blow lap dance, you should learn a few basic moves. Dancing, like singing, involves repetition. One of the most important moves in your lap dance should be the grind or hip roll. It is easy to learn and really hot! It gives your audience a really nice display of your sensual side, and highlights mens favorite part of the female body: the Butt.

To do a basic grind stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, bend your knees slightly and hold arms in front of yhou for balance as if you are carrying a large turkey pan.

Lap Dance – HipsNow move your hips in a circle around and around, as if you are tracing a circle on the floor inside your feet. Or if you like, imagine you are in a barrel of water and you have to stir the water with your hips.

Do five circles one way, then switch directions and do five the other way.

Practise in front of a mirror to see how you look. Watch yourself from different angles to see how you look from all sides. You can even try it nude! A great way to get you in the mood for some more dancing.
